PMS review and recommendation The client engaged us to conduct an independent Portfolio Management System review and to present findings and recommendations. The key objectives were to do an overview of the workflow, identify bottlenecks and areas where data can be purged to improve system scalability. The recommendation report converts these findings into practical solutions that can be implemented in phased approach.
