PMS upgrade
Having previously worked with PMG, the client engaged us once again to project manage the Portfolio Management System upgrade and migrate it to a Storage Area Network platform. The key objective was to add scalability and enhance functionalities of the PMS, and ensure any disruptions to day-to-day business were managed and minimised.
