PMS review and recommendation
The client engaged us to conduct an independent Portfolio Management System review and to present findings and recommendations. The key objectives were to do an overview of the workflow, identify bottlenecks and areas where data can be purged to improve system scalability. PMS upgrade (New York)
The client chose PMG as its consultant of choice after an initial tendering process. They required a project manager with in-depth knowledge of their global Portfolio Management System (PMS) as it formed the core of their trading systems in 3 difference time zones. The objective was to be upgraded to the latest version while guaranteeing the compatibility of downstream/upstream systems. System Integration (New York)
Having successfully collaborated previously, the client engaged us again to project manage the data and system merge of another fund. This had to be achieved while extending the Front Office systems to the new trading staff. The objectives were to migrate the new funds transaction data to the parent PMS and integrating/replacing the new funds reporting systems, while ensuring any disruptions to 24/5 operations were minimised.
